Play because you
enjoy football, not because someone else wants you to!
Learn the rules and play by them.
Do not use offensive, insulting, abusive or racist
language towards players, officials or spectators
Control your mouth and your temper!
The Club will not tolerate bullying in any form (see
club anti bullying policy)
Always show a good attitude at training and on match
days.
Always arrive at the appointed time as per instructed
by your Team Manager for both matches and training.
Attendance at training is requested as arranged by
your Team Manager but if you cannot make it for some then you must
contact your Team Manager as soon as possible as a matter of common
decency.
Always encourage your team-mates. WE ARE A TEAM!!!
Never argue with the referee. Play to the whistle
as the referee's decision is final.
Do not attempt to mislead the referee by faking an
injury - get on with the game.
Look after your kit as provided by the Club. Lost
kit will be paid for by your parents.
Listen to the coach. They are the one who is training
you and have years of experience with football.
Respect your opponents and shake hands at the end
of the game - win, lose or draw!
Always do your best and ENJOY your football !!!
Crosspool Juniors has a policy of fair and equitable
treatment for all it's member in whatever capacity.
Failure to comply with the Club's code of conduct
could lead to action being taken in accordance with the Club's
disciplinary procedure.

Never force a child to play football,
they need to enjoy playing.
Ensure your child has correct kit.
Praise effort, performance and good behavior more than results
Help them understand the rules and encourage your child to play by them.
Applaud good play by either Team.
STAY OFF THE PITCH do not interfere, let the referee deal with any situations
on the field of play.
Do not argue or shout anything untoward to match day officials or opposition
supporters. If you wish to raise a point please bring it to your Team Managers
attention, who will then go through the right channels.
We would request that ALL PARENTS remain on the touch-line and DO NOT come into
the Team talks before the game or at Half Time.
To always give encouragement to the TEAM whatever the circumstances or conditions
on the day.
Try not to shout from the sidelines it only confuses players
Encourage all the players. Do not discourage them with negative thoughts.
Support the coach and his decisions.
If you do feel you need to ask questions of the coach then do this in the correct
way.
If you have any queries or worries about the team or club then attend the monthly
meetings where you can voice your concerns.
Paying your subs on time is essential. Failure to do so will mean your child
will not play until they are paid.
If your child cannot attend training or a match for any reason you must contact
the team manager as soon as possible as a matter of common decency.

Be Sportsman like to both Teams and show appreciation for good play at all times.
